APPARATUS FOR HIGH-SPEED CONSTRUCTION OF RIGID AERODROME COATINGS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: aerodrome and road-building industry, particularly for aerodrome coating building.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes concrete placer, tracking means, power unit, control unit and set of executive tools for laying cement concrete coating mixture including immersion vibrator. Apparatus has retractable conveyers with bunkers for placing the second and the third coating layers and additional sets of executive tools with immersion vibrators for laying the second and the third coating layers. Each additional set is connected with control apparatus unit. The first above conveyer is arranged between sets of executive tools, which place the first and the second coating layers. The second conveyer is arranged between sets of executive tools, which place the second and the third coating layers. All above sets of executive tools have regulators for regulating oscillation frequency of immersion vibrators. Regulators are connected with computer. Sets for laying the first and the second coating layers have coating layer thickness sensors. Distance L between axes of immersion vibrators of above tool sets is determined from given mathematical relation.

EFFECT: provision of forming multi-layered coating in one run, increased coating strength due to enhanced adhesion of each layer by reducing time between laying coating layers.
