FIELD: highway engineering. SUBSTANCE: the novelty in the use of the megalopolis highway is in the fact that in the use of the Moscow circular motor road at least four road-servicing managements are erected and/or equipped on it with a set of road machinery, which are arranged proceeding from the relative location of intersections of the circular highway with the main radial motor roads of the megalopolis spaced according to the relation between them and the length of the highway in compliance with the given dependence; erected or equipped at each management is a production base incorporating an automobile packing, mainly of sprayers and/or road sweepers, and/or snow fighting vehicles, and/or vehicles for removal of earth, garbage, snow from the highway route or artificial structures and other necessary equipment. EFFECT: improved conditions of use of the highway due to a quick and effective elimination of aftereffects of disturbance of normal functioning of the highway as a result of meteorological phenomena due to optimum saturation of the highway by road machinery, repair equipment, consumable materials and quantity of road-servicing managements, as well as fulfillment of repair or recovery works, and/or reconstructive work without interruption of traffic on the highway. 18 cl, 2 tbl
