FIELD: construction, particularly devices for production of elongated building structures with prestressed reinforcement and building structure used for public, residential and office building erection, recovery and reconstruction.

SUBSTANCE: processing line comprises vibratory concrete placer and form including tray and sides to be fixed in working position on the tray, devices to supply, locate in design position and stress reinforcement members having tensioning and stress releasing station arranged at one form end and anchoring station located at another end thereof. Vibratory concrete placer comprises power drive, receiving hopper mounted on movably installed three-dimensional frame and provided with at least one outlet orifice in bottom and with blade working tool, control panel, feeding unit located under corresponding outlet orifice and provided with auger working tool installed in case enclosing thereof and having inner many-sided, preferably octagonal surface and provided with slot-like opening located in lower part thereof. In working position the slot is sealed with hinged driving tray from below. Device also has a number of vibrators with independent drives. The vibrators are of floating type and have elongated bodies connected with power source through cables or with drives through flexible shafts and suspended to beam transversal to concrete pouring direction by flexible ties. The beam is located under feeding unit and is displaced therefrom in direction opposite to concrete pouring direction so that vibrators may move in concrete mix to be compacted. Longitudinal axes of each vibrator body extend substantially in working concrete placer movement direction. Number n of vibrators may be determined from n=L/((1.9÷21.3)·d), where L is tray width, d is maximal dimension of vibrator body cross-section.

EFFECT: decreased labor inputs and material consumption, provision of work performing in any weather in severe climate characterized by negative winter temperatures, decreased time, possibility to obtain reliable structure having improved technological characteristics and quality, possibility to produce simultaneously several articles having different standard size, including elongated ones.
