FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention related to oil-and-gas production, particularly to thermally insulated columns and assembly units design. Thermally insulated column consists of inside pipes section and outside pipes with sleeves, terminal lugs, welded to inside and outside pipes in a way to create hole vacuum clearance, centralisers, thermally insulating material and vacuum unit. Terminal lugs have cylindrical headings. One of the inside pipe ends and one of the terminal lugs additionally equipped with coaxially installed thin walled parts, connected to each other and forming sealed space together with terminal lug. Cylindrical heading of this terminal lug has a hole, which connects the sealed space to hole vacuum clearance and creates general vacuum space. Outside diametre of the terminal lug thin-walled part executed with ability to be installed inside of the terminal lug cylindrical heading of the opposite pipe during column assembly.
EFFECT: increase in quality and reliability of thermally insulated column operation due to reduction of heat loss in area of pipe connection.
