FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to structures of tubing with heat insulation coating (HIC), and can be used for construction of heat-insulated columns from connected to each other tubing in oil and gas industry for injection of working agent of action into hydrocarbon-containing formation, for example, water vapor superheated to 350 degrees. Tubing string with HIC comprises a pipe, on the outer surface of which there is a HIC, closed from above with a protective casing, at the ends of which there are covers, as well as two heat-insulated gripping zones and connecting elements arranged on threaded parts of pipe ends. HIC includes a ceramic cord and a casting composite material from fine hollow microspheres, made from phenol-formaldehyde or glass, and polymerizable binder in form of epoxy resin in ratio of components (3–5):1. After hardening, the HIC creates a monolithic block with a pipe and a casing on the pipe section between the gripping zones, which are heat insulated with half-shells fixed with strip tapes.

EFFECT: providing high heat-insulating properties of tubing string with simplicity and reliability of its design, repairability and durability during operation, as well as reduced labor intensity during assembly/disassembly operations of the column.
