FIELD: method for manufacture of systems for cooling of circulating water of power plants, in particular, method for manufacture of cooling tower sprinklers.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in fusion on both sides of flush-mounted pipes of polymeric material located in parallel with in each other and having holes, and cases made of polymeric material and placed between the pipes on both ends, the pipes are installed obliquely in vertical, the holes are made or the faces or ribs of the pipes in a chess-board order, longitudinal grooves are made on the pipe faces, the pipes and the cases in cross-section have the shape of a hexahedron, the pipes have different cross-sections in length, the pipe profile in the maximum cross-section is smooth, and in the minimum cross-section it has lugs on the faces, the holes on the faces and/or ribs of the pipes are made forming a lug on the pipe surface with a subsequent cutting of it. The pipes are installed obliquely at an angle of 1.5 to 8 deg. in vertical. The holes on the pipe faces or ribs are made in the form of a circle or some other geometric figure with the maximum diameter of 4 to 8 mm.
EFFECT: enhanced stiffness and reliability of the structure, enhanced efficiency of heat exchange.
