FIELD: mining art, in particular, formation of explosive charges at underground mining of high-grade deposits by mine ore-breaking with level and sublevel caving.
SUBSTANCE: the method of explosive charging of a blind pass entry includes driving of the blind pass entry, removal of the exploded rock from the driving of this entry and charging of its cavity with explosive. The cavity of the blind pass entry is charged by means of a pipe-line for delivery of explosive and a pipe-line for transportation of stemming, which are installed in the blind pass entry. A flexible shell for placement of explosive is preliminarily fastened on the ends of these pipe-lines terminating in the blind pass of the entry, the flexible shell has dimensions providing for placement of the linear explosive charge in the length of the blind pass entry, and in the upper part it is provided with a branch pipe for delivery of explosive to its cavity and a branch pipe for air passage. Fastened in the cavity of the flexible shell before its installation is a detonating cord provided with switching elements to the blasting network behind the flexible shell, and the pipe-line for delivery of explosive is connected to the branch pipe of delivery of explosive to the cavity of the flexible shell. After installation of both pipe-lines with the flexible shell fastened on them in the cavity of the blind pass entry the mouth part of this entry is filled with the rock of the driving of the blind pass entry forming a pile, from which the ends of both pipe-lines are brought out. Then, the flexible shell is filled with explosive through the pipe-line and the branch pipe for delivery of explosive alternating this operation with the operation of filling of the cavity of the blind pass entry with stemming around the flexible shell being filled with explosive by feeding the stemming through the open end of the pipe-line for its transportation. At filling of the flexible shell with explosive the air pressed out from it is exhausted through the pipe-line for transportation of stemming, and after the cavity of the blind pass entry is filled with stemming the pressed out air is discharged through the pipe-line for delivery of explosive.
EFFECT: decreased labor consumption and safety of the method.
