FIELD: opencast mining of minerals. SUBSTANCE: method of charging inclined and horizontal wells sealed by film hoses includes pouring explosion-proof components forming explosive agent. Hose is brought home in well under action of flexible cable, rod or band forced into well together with hose or converting the hose into flexible band by folding it in heated state longitudinal and compressing the folds, thus obtaining multi-layer band forced home in well without any additional devices. After pouring the explosive components in horizontal well forming explosive charge over entire length of well, disk provided with rods over its edges if forced into well till complete filling of hose with liquid explosive over entire section of well and space thus formed is filled with stemming.
