FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed open-delivery opener has tube, post and hoe. Vertical flat colter with obtuse approach angle is installed in front part of hoe whose post is tilted forward. Rear part of post changes into vertical plate fin. Height of opener gradually decreases from front part to rear one. Prismatic dispenser and seed distributor are arranged in under-hoe zone. Distributor is made in form of strips screw-like curved around its axis and fan-like orientated in horizontal plane from center to periphery of opener. With opener moving, vertical colter cuts plant residues forming vertical cuts in massive and contributes to self-raising of opener meeting an obstacle. Fin and shape of hoe prevent spreading of soil and provide uniform covering of seeds even when drilling speed is high. Combined use of prismatic dispenser and screw-like strips of distributor arranged in fan-like manner in under-hoe zone provide uniform distribution of seeds over hoe coverage.

EFFECT: improved furrowing and seed covering, provision of uniform distribution of seeds and with of sowing.
