FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves charging portion of lucerne bean selection material into casing of threshing chamber incorporating movable blades; sealing threshing chamber and actuating movable blades for causing mechanical action upon beans by blade side surfaces; imparting peripheral speed within the range of 30-40 m/s to end surfaces of blades for threshing of beans without fragmentation thereof, with the result that beans are destructed by mechanical action of movable blades and seeds are released; removing cover from casing and withdrawing threshed heap from threshing chamber; separating lucerne seeds from threshed heap.

EFFECT: improved quality of threshing process and intensified threshing of beans.
