FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique used in threshing devices of grain combines.

SUBSTANCE: concave has transverse planks arranged in spaced apart relation. Terminating discrete plank consisting of flexible arcuate members is pivotally fixed and spring-loaded. Ends of flexible members are arranged in vertical-traverse plane of section of transverse plank and are fixed in its lower part. Owing to making terminating plank discrete and consisting of flexible members, variable gap effect is provided at output of threshing device.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing additional threshing action from terminating plank of concave onto grain mass under threshing process.
