FIELD: medicine, roentgenodiagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with digital roentgenograms to be applied, predominantly, at antituberculosis medicinal establishments to detect pulmonary pathology in due time. Moreover, the present method is efficient at roentgenological control of therapeutic treatment. This method deals with roentgenography of one and the same patient twice at the same energetic and geometric modes of survey in certain time interval, and comparison of pictures obtained, moreover, digital roentgenogram should be formed due to electronic computer as a matrix of optic densities of survey object. One should compare digital pictures by vertebral elements till complete coincidence of identical vertebra, and range of optical densities by center and width should be chosen to correspond to optimal one to study osseous structures. Then comes subtraction of identical fragments at the 1st and the 2nd digital pictures and resulting digital picture should be screened at a display within the range of optical densities by center and width being optimal to study pulmonary tissue. Clinical alterations should be determined by the value of residual elements of resulting picture being above 2-3 mm. The present innovation provides the opportunity for retrospective pulmonary analysis at digital photofluorographic equipment.
