SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating skin diseases. For this purpose one should perform microscopic testing of biological tissue, moreover, it is necessary to sample blood serum at the volume of 20-25 mcl to apply it onto the slide's surface, dry it for 18-24 h at 20-30 C, and at detecting marginal-amorphous area at the surface of dried drop along with intermediate area - with single, disseminated bracket-shaped structures and central one - with rounded structures of irregular shape and with cavities and hollows located at the background of amorphous central area it is possible to diagnose psoriasis. The present innovation enables to perform diagnostics of psoriasis at short period of time at the lowest labor expenses and, moreover, it is atraumatic.
