SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of pharmaceutical composition for prolonged releasing peptide eliciting therapeutic effect or its salt wherein indicated peptide is represented by the following sequence: pyroGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Xaa1-Gly-Xaa2-Xaa3-Pro-Gly-NH2 wherein Xaa1 represents His or Tyr; Xaa2 represents Trp or Leu; Xaa3 represents Tyr or Arg under condition that if Xaa1 represents Tyr and Xaa2 represents Leu then Xaa3 doesn't mean Arg. The composition contains pharmaceutically biodegradable polymer additionally. Invention provides expanding assortment of compositions used in treatment of diseases associated with bones and prostate impairment.
