FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described, including a gonadotropin releasing hormone (hereinafter – GnRH) derivative of prolonged action, conjugated with fatty acid, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for administration to a subject, and a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of a disease dependent on reproductive hormones, containing the above-mentioned GnRH derivative conjugated with fatty acid. In one of options of implementation of the invention, GnRH derivative conjugated with fatty acid contains fatty acid selected from lauric or arachidonic acid and contains an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 10, and SEQ ID NO: 11.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of remedies for prevention or treatment of diseases dependent on reproductive hormones.
