FIELD: equipment for wet cleaning contaminated gas-air flow from solid, liquid or gaseous contaminants in power engineering, metallurgical, chemical, metal mining, machine-building and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: duct extractor has cylindrical body with tangential outlet connection pipe, tangential inlet connection pipe arranged around nozzle and fixedly connected to cylindrical body to which conical mud collector is joined. Mud collector has unloading floating flap movably installed at lover cone part. Unloading flap is arranged in hydroseal on the same level as upper drainage opening. Liquid surface during liquid discharge presses floating flap to cone from bottom thereof and hydraulic lock is created into cone under the action of vacuum in settling chamber of duct extractor. Hydraulic lock prevents air suction from cone into hydroseal during mud unloading. Hydroseal has upper and lower drainage openings coupled with mud extractor and having movable plates, which regulate liquid surface level and process of mud transfer from hydroseal bottom into mud extractor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of solid and liquid particles separation, entrapping and removal thereof from conical mud collector without air suction and with maintaining stable operational mode of duct extractor.
