FIELD: textile industry; woodworking industry; mechanical engineering; power industry; metal mining industry; ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy; other industries; production of the dust-catchers with the flow formers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for purification of the polluted gas-air flow from the solid impurities (including filamentary) and the liquid particles and it may be used in textile industry, woodworking industry, mechanical engineering, power industry, metal mining industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy and other industries. The dust-catcher is made in the form of the cylindrical body and has: the inlet conical branch-pipe passing through the hole in the cover of the body and located on the vertical axis of the body; the outlet radial branch-pipe placed around of the inlet conical branch-pipe and rigidly fixed to the upper half of the cylindrical body; the dust collector rigidly fixed in the lower half of the cylindrical body and placed inside of the hopper; the flow former placed inside the body under the cone of the inlet branch-pipe and supplied with the nozzle with the umbrella, the head with the annular clearance forming the counter flow-free linked to each other located under the flow former the dust-settling chamber, above the flow former - the vortex chamber and under the umbrella - the intermediate chamber. The dust catcher has the flow deflector, which is rigidly fixed to it and mounted in the hopper under the discharge hole used to repel the counter-flows formed at the air reverse outburst from the hopper through the discharge hole and has the adjustable gas duct for an air (gas) outlet from the hopper into the intermediate chamber of the flow former. The invention ensures the high efficiency of separation and trapping of the solid and liquid particles (including filamentary particles) from the counter-flow-free air-gas flow.
