FIELD: transport engineering; fuel filling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: main valve consisting of plate base overlapping seat hole and diaphragm is installed in housing. With control lever shifted from upper position into lower one, rod with link and cone move simultaneously upwards, and as cone moves upwards, valves of charging channel displace and charging of overdiaphragm space decreases, initial balance between charges in underdiaphragm and overdiaphragm spaces gets disturbed, and main valve moves upwards and releases hole in seat of housing. With link displaced to lower position, process repeats in reverse direction. Automatic control of main valve is provided by cutoff device communicating at outlet with charging channel and installed in guide pipe containing float chamber accommodating bushing, float and distributor. Charging of overdiaphragm space under operating conditions of cock is transmitted to distributor along outlet channel, and charging of container to be filled, when reaching maximum level, is transmitted into float which moves up and closes outlet hole of distributor. Charging channel gets overlapped, charging in overdiaphragm space rises, balance between charges overdiaphragm in and underdiaphragm spaces gets disturbed, valve moves downwards and cock cuts off.
EFFECT: provision of reliable operation without impact loads.
