FIELD: fuelling equipment, particularly distribution valves thereof.

SUBSTANCE: method involves performing vessel filling under pressure of valve assembly having shut-off mechanism, control mechanism, main valve with diaphragm and guiding pipe; dividing liquid flow into two ones, namely into main and controlled flows, through orifice made in diaphragm to provide automatic pressure regulation in cavities under diaphragm and above it; mixing controlled and main flows inside guiding pipe before liquid supply into vessel under the action of control and shut-off mechanisms.

EFFECT: prevention of hydraulic impacts during valve assembly operation and, as a result, increased reliability and service life.
