FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of fast-setting high-strength cement, manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete articles; sorbents and catalysts in chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes burning of mixture containing alumino-silicate material, sulfating modifying agent-concentrated sulfuric acid and water; use is made of zeolite-containing stock of the following composition, mass-%: SiO2, 58.66-70.87; Al2O3, 8.98-12.34; Fe2O3, 4.37-6.24; CaO, 10.64-14.51; MgO, 1.84-2.14; K2O, 2.48-3.05; TiO2, 0.481.65; Na2O, 0.2-0.85; P2O5 0.14-0.56 at the following relationship of components, mass-%: zeolite-containing stock, 40.00-50.00; concentrated sulfuric acid, 25.00-30.00; the remainder being water Burning is performed at temperature of 480-500 C for 20-59 minutes.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of cement compositions; low cost of process.
