FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of fast-setting high-strength cement; concrete and reinforced concrete articles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes burning of mixture containing alumino-silicate material and sulfating modifying agent; zeolite-containing stock of the following composition is taken as alumino-silicate material, mass-%: SiO2, 58.66-70.87; Al2O3, 9.98-12.34; Fe2O3, 4.37-6.24; CaO, 10.64-14.51; MgO, 1.84-2.14; K2O, 2.48-3.05; TiO2, 0.48-1.65; Na2O, 0.2-0.85; P2O5, 0.14-0.56; used as modifying agent is waste pickling solution of lighting industry at the following composition of mixture, mass-%: zeolite-containing stock, 30.00-40.00; waste pickling solution, 60.00-70.00; then, mixture is subjected to burning at temperature of 480-500 C continued for 20-50 minutes.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of concrete compositions; low cost of materials.
