FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial manufacturing of quick-hardening high-strength cements and manufacturing of concrete and reinforced concrete parts. In a sulfate-silicate product manufacturing process, raw mix composed of zeolite-containing rock, including SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, K2O, TiO2, Na2O, Fe2O3, and sulfuric acid, dry zeolite-containing rock is treated with 15% sulfuric acid at ratio 1:3, respectively, and then filtered raw mix is baked for 35-45 min.
EFFECT: increased strength of cement compositions at 3-day age and reduced cost of building materials based thereon.
