FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods (variants) for preparing amine from nitrile by hydrogenation reaction involving the following steps: feeding hydrogen and nitrile into reactor containing catalyst, water and inorganic base to form reaction medium; stirring the indicated reaction medium and hydrogenation of indicated nitrile to yield amine. Indicated reaction medium is subjected for stirring by such manner to provide the uniform concentration of indicated nitrile, at least, in a single direction through indicated reactor. The local nitrile concentration must be less the concentration that is required for stoichiometric ratio for the complete consumption of the hydrogen concentration by all reactor volume. Alternatively, the indicated reaction medium is subjected for stirring by such manner in order to reduce to minimum regions with the local concentration of indicated nitrile above than the local concentration of indicated hydrogen by all reaction volume. Methods provide reducing the rate of chemical deactivation in hydrogenation systems of nitriles.
EFFECT: improved preparing methods.
