FIELD: oil-producing industry, particularly building and reconstruction of worn out casing well pipe.

SUBSTANCE: device has capsulation unit including body with denting, packer arranged on body, gate and ball lock. Packer comprises elastic collar, upper and lower rests, retaining ring and radial channels. Device also has filling unit including case, radial channels and shoe. Lower parker rest movably abuts against movable cylinder connected to body by shear members. Locating bushing is arranged inside cylinder. Bushing connected to cylinder by shear members and has annular boring formed on lower end thereof. Capsulation unit has sleeve connected to body and having radial channels formed into the sleeve and annular groove. Inner sleeve diameter above groove is slightly less than inner sleeve diameter under groove. Gate is located in capsulation unit opposite to radial channels and annular groove and has depressions into which ball lock is installed. Ball lock cooperates with annular sleeve groove. Shoe of filling unit has annular borings. Upper boring mates with inner diameter of locating bushing of capsulation unit. In lower boring bushing with conical cut formed in upper part thereof is installed. Bushing installed in lower boring is connected to shoe by conical cuts. Bushing has retaining ring located in critical section area. Filling unit has adjusting sleeve connected from one side with connection pipe having radial channels and from other side with body. Sleeve comprises annular groove formed on outer surface thereof and cooperating with ball lock of capsulation unit and annular conical ledge located at upper sleeve part.

EFFECT: increasing capsulation reliability, simplified structure, production and application.
