FIELD: liner cementing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cementing a liner. The device includes a liner, a pipe string, a disconnector connecting the upper part of the liner with an outer funnel having slots, and the lower part of a pipe string with an internal removable connecting unit with clamps for the slots of the funnel. At the bottom of the docking unit there is a nipple that seals the connection between the shank funnel and the docking unit. The slots in the funnel are made in the form of an internal annular recess. The latch is made in the form of a split ring spring-loaded inside. The docking unit is configured to detach the clamps from the funnel connected at the top to the shank. The valve assembly is connected to the bottom of the liner and consists of a spring-loaded check valve. The valve assembly is connected from below to a shoe equipped with a filter. An aluminum plug is screwed onto the lower end of the shoe. The docking unit is made in the form of a hollow body. The inner sleeve is configured to interact from the inside with the locking balls in the transport position. The outer bushing is designed to be supported from the inside by the lower part of the clamp and is equipped with an internal annular groove for locking balls. The outer sleeve is made to move upward relative to the hollow body with fixation by means of a spring split retaining ring in the upper position by the outer groove made in the upper part of the inner sleeve; a nipple is screwed onto the lower end of the inner sleeve. The device is equipped with two squeeze plugs of larger and smaller diameters. The larger diameter squeezing plug is made hollow and is fixed with a shear pin at the lower end of the nipple. A squeeze plug of smaller diameter at the bottom is equipped with a tip equipped with an outer annular groove. Inside the larger diameter squeezing plug there is an internal annular groove in which a split retaining ring is placed. A squeezing plug of a smaller diameter has the ability to tightly interact and be fixed relative to a squeezing plug of a larger diameter. The inner sleeve with the nipple is made with the possibility of limited downward movement after the destruction of the shear screw with the release of the locking balls and with the subsequent destruction of the shear pin and the simultaneous movement of both displacement plugs of larger and smaller diameters within the cemented shank until the displacement plug of a larger diameter is seated with its lower end in the check valve of the valve node. The lower end of the outer sleeve has teeth. There are depressions at the upper end of the funnel. The teeth of the outer sleeve interact with the depressions of the funnel with the ability to transmit rotational motion to the shank when turning or rotating the pipe string.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device, as well as improving the quality of cementation of the liner and the reliability of the device when lowering into the well to a given depth of the bottom, especially in inclined and horizontal wells, simplification of the technological process of cementing the liner in the well.
