FIELD: oil production industry, particularly well repair.

SUBSTANCE: device has sealing unit including notched body, packer arranged on body, filling unit having body with radial channels and gate cooperating with the body by means of ball lock and sealing means. Packer comprises collar, upper and lower rests and check valve. Bodies of sealing unit and filling unit are connected one to another by switcher and connection pipe. Sealing unit body has longitudinal grooves and movable seat arranged inside body. Sealing unit body is connected by means of shear members with upper parker rest through longitudinal grooves. Lower parker rest is connected by means of shear members with the body. Gate is joined with body by shear members and has inner diameter mating to outer diameter of nipple located at lower end of oil-well tubing. Nipple has conical ledge, radial channels formed in upper part thereof and annular groove cooperating with lock balls.

EFFECT: increased simplicity of production and application, increased sealing properties, simplified structure.
