FIELD: controlled building access technology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes ordering of access cards by means of transfer of information about order to central ordering station, while information about order contains mobile telephone number, to which ordered access cards are transferred along mobile net and stored in memory module. Data exchange between this memory module and reading device of building is performed through contact-less interface. Decisions about permission of access to user of mobile telephone are taken on basis of information in access cards, in reader and in mobile telephone.
