SUBSTANCE: invention relates to verifying transaction with dynamic time identification data for a portable communication device used in transaction with an electronic control point, for example, a sales point, a short-range wireless access point. Portable communication device contains a module that determines a geographic location, for example, a global positioning system module. System comprises a centralized module receiving data on the current geographic location of the portable communication device transmitting the dynamic temporary identification data to the portable communication device and providing prediction information about the transaction, including dynamic temporary identification data and geographic location data of the portable communication device, to an authorization system operatively associated with the electronic control point. Dynamic time identification data has a predetermined lifetime, which enables the recycling of dynamic identification data, such recycling being able to take into account the geographic location for which the identification data was recently released. Method for using dynamic temporary identification data with a portable communication device is also described.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of means to verify the conduct of transactions.
