SUBSTANCE: the device has an isolation transformer, frequency-dependent element, the first and second actuating elements, algebraic adder, the first and second AND gates, the first, second and third threshold units, the first and second rectifiers, variation of the signal amplitude at the output of the frequency-dependent element relative to the signal amplitude at its input is proportional to deviation of the frequency of its input signal from the rated one.

EFFECT: expanded functional potentialities due to provision of simultaneous fulfillment of the relay functions of frequency increase and decrease.
