FIELD: electrical engineering; electronic phase and frequency relays.
SUBSTANCE: proposed phase-and-frequency relay designed to perform functions of phase and frequency relays at a time to adjust generator phase and frequency to those of supply mains whereto it is connected has first and second final elements, frequency-dependent element, and newly introduced first through fourth AND gates, first and second adders, first and second reversing counters, monostable multivibrator, first through ninth threshold units, clock generator, and frequency divider; input of frequency-dependent element functions as voltage input of external generator; monostable multivibrator input serves as trigger input of phase-and-frequency relay; input of sixth threshold unit functions as voltage input of supply mains; first and second final elements are made, respectively, in the form of tenth and eleventh threshold units whose inputs and outputs are used as inputs and outputs of respective final elements; frequency-dependent element affords phase shift of signal proportional to its frequency deviation from rated value corresponding to supply mains frequency.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of relay.
