SUBSTANCE: proposed frequency relay that performs two functions of frequency increase and decrease has frequency-dependent component, three threshold units, two AND gates, reversing counter, final component, clock generator, pulse frequency divider, and monostable multivibrator; input of frequency-dependent component functions as input of frequency under check; monostable multivibrator input functions as trigger input of frequency relay; frequency-dependent component has gain-frequency response with its first maximum corresponding to minimal admissible value fadm plus deviation of frequency under check from rated value, with its second maximum corresponding to minimal admissible fadm plus deviation of frequency under check from nominal value, and with its minimum disposed between first and second maximums and corresponding to nominal value fn of frequency under check.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
