FIELD: synchronizing scrambling code in code-division multiple access communication system.

SUBSTANCE: proposed CDMA communication system has ground-based radio access network of universal mobile telecommunication system and users' equipment identified by means of orthogonal codes, as well as common uplink scrambling code for identifying ground-based radio access network of universal mobile telecommunication system. To this end use is made of uplink synchronous transmission circuit wherein users' pieces of equipment synchronize frames of allocated physical channels of uplink by means of common scrambling code.

EFFECT: facilitated identification of ground-based radio access network of universal mobile telecommunication system by users' equipment.
