SUBSTANCE: when mobile station supporting different diversity circuits for spacing transmission antennas enters coverage area of ground radio access network of universal mobile telecommunication system with four transmitting antennas spatially separated, this telecommunication system can transmit pilot signals and common data signals to mobile station dispensing with modification of the latter. Hence power is shared among telecommunication system antennas, and system capacity increases.
