FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform uterine tubal obstruction. For this purpose one should perform photocoagulation of intramural department of uterine tube with laser radiation. Irradiator should be introduced through Douglas space into the lumen of uterine intramural part. Irradiator should be replaced towards the lumen of uterine tube.
EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level.
