FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out photocoagulation of mural department of uterine tube with disseminated laser radiation. Moreover, irradiator should be displaced from mural part of uterine tube towards uterine cavity. Impact is carried out at proliferation stage of uterine cycle. The suggested method enables to increase efficiency of transcervical intratubal sterilization and decrease traumaticity level during irradiation. EFFECT: improved results. 1 dwg
