FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: one should restore permeability of intramural department in uterine tube. For this purpose one should introduce laser irradiator through Douglas space towards uterine cavity followed by perforation of uterine wall with laser radiation. At the site of perforation one should form a tubouterine anastomosis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
