SUBSTANCE: under arthroscopic control one should measure the diameter of femoral condyloid defect to evaluate the depth of osteonecrosis based upon the data of magneto-resonance tomography, perform transplantation of osseous-cartilaginous allotransplants out of patient's patella into area of femoral condyloid defect so, that patellar transplant's diameter should exceed the diameter of predrilled defect by 1 mm to achieve reliable fixation of an allotransplant, minimum traumaticity of operation at no immobilization in postoperational period.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of arthroplasty.
