SUBSTANCE: dressing has semi-permeable acetate-cellulose membrane made in the form of tube with outer diameter of 2.7 cm and pores sized 2.5-2.8 microns and adapted for transmitting substances with molar weight of up to 10,000 dalton. Membrane is filled with gel of organic salt of chitosan (10,000 dalton), said gel comprising medicinal drugs of directed effect and basic electrolytes balanced with blood plasma in wet state.
EFFECT: intensified rehydration of dry dressing and provision for prolonged uniform wound dehydration.
