FIELD: medicine, in particular, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made in the form of exchanging chamber with rigid cap formed as segment of sphere and provided with union system for supplying and discharging of medicinal solution. Inner side of cap is covered with flexible semipermeable membrane whose edge is hermetically attached to cap. Such construction provides medicine solutions to be introduced into surface and internal eye structures avoiding hematoophthalmic barrier via cornea. Such extraoccular transmembrane dialyzer allows dialysis solution to be continuously changed by drop supplying method, while concentration of medicine solutions is maintained at constant level. Construction of apparatus prevents biological degradation products from being discharged upon tissues adjacent to eye.
