SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients at articular arthrosis, vertebral osteochondrosis, hernias of intervertebral disc, epicondylitis, hematomas, carpal-tunnel syndrome and others. One should apply 0.1-0.5 g photosensitizer in the mixture with 3 ml 50%-dimexide solution onto patient's skin of affected segment of motor system at area of 10 sq. cm to be kept for about 20 min. Then comes laser impact at wave length activating a photosensitizer applied and power density being 50-100 mW/sq. cm, onto 2 fields per 10 min for each one. The present method enables to remove edematous, inflammatory and pain syndrome and improve articular movements.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
