FIELD: agricultural engineering, flour-milling and feed mill industry, in particular, grain cleaning equipment. SUBSTANCE: cleaner has first and second air separation systems forming single closed air system. Each air separation system has air supplying and air separating channels, settling chamber, baffle-type air cleaner in second air-separation system, bypass channel for supplying additional amounts of air, charging and discharge devices, valves for regulating air flow rates, and upper sieve shoe. Cleaner has lower sieve shoe. Second air-separation system is provided with second air supplying channel and second air-separation channel, which is arranged in parallel with first air-separation channel, both air-separation channels having common wall. Upper sieve shoe has one sieve tier and lower sieve shoe has two sieve tiers. Chain-and-scraper conveyor is arranged above sieves of upper sieve shoe. Grain pans are arranged in inclined position between tiers of lower sieve shoe. Grain pans are positioned for rotation and forming surface for guiding grain onto sieves of lower sieve shoe. Grain pan is arranged under sieves of upper sieve shoe and vibrating sieve cleaning devices are positioned above sieves of lower sieve shoe. EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning grain from contaminants and from ground and shrunk grain, and provision for separation and gauging of grain material into three fractions. 3 cl, 3 dwg
