SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes housing, table with supporting surface, bending, pressing-in and supporting rollers; curling wheel arranged in slides under supporting surface of table. Method comprises steps of bending edge of blank with use of said rollers; then completing flange with formation of chamfer. It is possible to preliminarily press-in guiding annular groove on end portion of blank butt.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to carrying out all operations in the same chucks, improved quality of joint due to completing flange in lower part of machine tool.
