FIELD: production of carbamide.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes carbamide synthesis reactor, distillation unit and vertical film-type condensing apparatus. Provision is also made for unit for delivery of main part of flow including ammonia and carbon dioxide in vapor phase escaping from distillation unit to at least one condensing apparatus which is provided with unit for complete condensation of main part of flow containing ammonia and carbon dioxide in vapor phase, thus obtaining the flow containing carbamide and carbamate in aqueous solution which is then fed to carbamide synthesis reactor.
EFFECT: increased productivity; reduced power requirements.
