FIELD: equipment of coke shops; door removal machines for entrapping dust emissions at coke discharge.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has casing 3 mounted on coke guide 1 and provided with cone-shaped hood 5, neck 6 and diffuser 7. Mounted in neck 6 is axial-flow fan 8 for forced suction of dust. Dust collector mounted in diffuser 7 is made from set of splitters 9 having shape of truncated cone. Splitters 9 are mounted at clearance 11 along vertical axis 10 of diffuser 7. Besides that, injectors 12 are mounted at level of clearance 11 between splitters 9 in diffuser 7. These injectors are flat-jet-type at angle 7 of spraying water within 90-100 deg. Injectors 12 are smoothly located over circumference and are secured on vertical section 13 of pressure pipe line 14 which is connected with water supply unit.. Device is also provided with sludge water collecting and removal units.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of entrapping dust emissions.
