SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bacteriology of tuberculosis in humans and animals. The nutrient medium for isolation and culturing mycobacteria contains additionally glycocol and geothermal water as source of mineral salts with mineralization 5.02 g/l, and potato extract prepared in geothermal water. Geothermal water shows favorable effect on growth and multiplication of mycobacteria since it contains significant variety of anions and cations, humic and bitumen substances. Invention provides enhancing the growth rate and seeding capacity of mycobacteria being as laboratory strains and biomaterial samples.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of nutrient medium.
