SUBSTANCE: dense growth medium contains L-asparagines as salt base - 4.0 g, dibasic potassium phosphate - 0.5 g, magnesium sulfate - 0.5 g, citric acid - 2.0 g, citric-acid ammonium iron - 0.05 g, sodium pyruvate - 0.5 g, glycerin - 40.0 g, agar - 15.0 g, humivit - 90.0-95.0 ml. As egg base it contains hard-boiled yolk of hen's egg - 50.0 g and distilled water up to 1000.0 ml.

EFFECT: invention provides for terms of primary growth appearance and growth intensity comparable to such on traditionally used mediums, cheapness and manufacturability of making, and its application simplifies performance of bacteriological research.
