FIELD: microbiological industry, technical biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of citric acid solutions and acid-stable amylolytic enzymes with dextrin-forming and sugar-forming activities that provide to biosynthesis of citric acid. Method involves separation of mycelium of acid-forming fungus Aspergillus niger from the fermented solution, purification of obtained cultural fluid by the successive processes of filtration or sorption of impurities followed by their separation by ultrafiltration across membrane that retains substances with molecular mass in the range 1000-50000 Da for solution of end products. Method provides simultaneous preparing two end products: the purified citric acid solution and complex of acid-stable amylolytic enzymes.
