FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to precast monolithic reinforced concrete frame buildings. The prestressed reinforcement is installed in the upper monolithic part of the girder and passes through two or more spans of the building along its entire length and is fixed on traverses resting on the edges of the precast reinforced concrete column; in the upper monolithic part of the girder, an unstressed working reinforcement is also installed, the rods of which are the same as and unstressed rods coming out of the precast part are bent crosswise down and up, respectively, and connected to the longitudinal rods of the column, in precast monolithic prestressed girders and precast reinforced concrete columns, indirect reinforcement in the form of meshes is installed.
EFFECT: creation of a frame-bar reinforced concrete frame of a multi-storey building, including prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with holes at the level of the floor disc, precast-monolithic prestressed in the lower prefabricated part of the girders, having outlets of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement and outlets of transverse reinforcement from the upper plane of the precast part, trough-shaped prefabricated profile parts of the girder and prefabricated hollow-core slabs of the floor disc with a gap between the ends of the slabs, which, together with the concrete holes in the columns, the outlets of the transverse reinforcement installed in the prefabricated part of the girder, the outlets of the longitudinal reinforcement of the girders and the space between the ends of the slabs with dowels, are monolithic at the same time.
