SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for differential diagnosis of celiaca and chronic enteritis in children. Method involves laboratory study of patient B-fraction of bile with additional calculation of the ratio coefficient of trihydroxycholanic acid (3OH) to dihydroxycholanic acids (2OH). Celiaca is diagnosed if the ratio 3OH/2OH is from 0.9 and above, and chronic enteritis is diagnosed if this value is 0.89 and less. Invention provides the novel, informative low-invasive method coinciding in 93-95% of cases with morphological picture of small intestine mucosa bioptic samples that provides the effectiveness of used method and possibility for exception of biopsy of small intestine samples.
EFFECT: improved diagnosis method.
