FIELD: seeking of cable location, applicable in construction, mounting and servicing of wire communication.
SUBSTANCE: the induction cable route seeker has a pair of mutually perpendicular signal coils, phase-sensitive amplifiers, reference signal amplifier and a computing unit, gradient sections of receiving coils, whose longitudinal axes are located around the edges forming a rectangle. The pair of mutually perpendicular signal coils is positioned inside this rectangle. The axes of mutually perpendicular signal coils serve as the axes of symmetry of the rectangular construction of the receiving coil gradient sections. The mutually perpendicular signal coils are made of two sections.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy, expanded field of application and functional potentialities.
